5. To foster a culture of dispute resolution based on principles of fairness, neutrality, and mutual respect.

What We Do:
The ADR Board offers a wide range of activities and initiatives to engage students and legal professionals in the field of ADR. Some of our key activities include:

1. Training and Workshops: We organize training sessions and workshops to equip students with essential ADR skills, such as negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and conciliation. These interactive sessions provide hands-on learning experiences and foster critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

2. Competitions: We conduct intra-university and inter-university ADR competitions, including negotiation competitions, mediation competitions, and arbitration moots. These competitions provide participants with an opportunity to showcase their ADR skills, engage in simulated dispute resolution scenarios, and receive feedback from experienced practitioners.

3. Research and Publications: The ADR Board encourages and supports research in the field of ADR. We publish a dedicated ADR journal and organize research seminars to facilitate scholarly discussions and promote innovative ideas in the realm of dispute resolution.

4. Guest Lectures and Conferences: We invite renowned practitioners, academicians, and experts in the field of ADR to deliver guest lectures and participate in conferences organized by the ADR Board. These events offer a platform for learning, networking, and exchanging ideas on contemporary ADR issues.

5. Outreach and Awareness Programs: We organize outreach programs and awareness campaigns to educate the legal community and the general public about the benefits and importance of ADR.
